Our Advisory service line is expanding, and we’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Deals team, supporting clients with corporate finance, transaction services, valuations, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand the client's business, operating sector, and key stakeholders
• Assist in the strategic analysis of financial data
• Support financial and business modelling activities
• Provide support on financial transactions, including financial due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions
• Assist with advisory services related to financing, capital expansion, EU funding applications, business plans, financial modelling, financial analysis, valuations, and capital markets transactions.

What we look for:

• Possess a Degree (MQF Level 6) qualification in Accountancy or in a similar area
• In the process of obtaining a Master's in Accounting or the ACCA qualification or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role would be an asset
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
• Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Have good briefing, report writing & presentation skills
• Open to learn and being exposed to the various streams of business, financial and risk advisory
