We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead a team and provide tax advisory services to a portfolio of both local and international clients.
Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Managing the preparation of engagement plans and ensuring appropriate resources are assigned</li>
<li>Dealing with clients and the tax authorities daily</li>
<li>Providing quality tax advice, including the drafting of tax reports or reviewing of tax reports prepared by junior members of staff in relation to both domestic and international tax matters</li>
<li>Advising complex clients on how they can maximise tax efficiency in relation to their business structures and activities, as well as the tax implications of corporate transactions and restructuring activities</li>
<li>Providing solutions to non-routine and/or complex tax issues;</li>
<li>Understanding and interpreting applicable double taxation treaty provisions and applying them to client scenarios</li>
<li>Identifying and mitigating tax risks while establishing an appropriate process for tax management</li>
<li>Reviewing tax rulings and supporting documentation</li>
<li>Keeping abreast with tax developments locally and internationally and contributing to the firm’s Knowledge Base.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Hold an MQF level 7 qualification in a relevant subject</li>
<li>A minimum of 6 years of experience working in Tax, with experience leading or mentoring team members</li>
<li>A broad understanding of macro-economic issues, regulatory requirements, and an excellent understanding of taxation strategies, double tax treatie, and routine tax matters such as income tax, indirect tax, personal and corporate tax</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of Malta's tax law, double tax treaties, EU directives, and developments in international taxation as well as their practical implications</li>
<li>Able to easily apply tax knowledge to practical situations and develop creative ways to obtain the most advantageous fiscal position for clients</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal</li>

<li>Develop and implement internal control frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit outcomes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to communicate audit findings and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve the internal audit function.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years of internal audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the financial services sector&nbsp;</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodology, standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset.</li>

We are looking for experienced Audit Seniors to work fully remotely and to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality assurance services to a wide range of clients. Your Responsibilities:

<li>Participate in pre-audit planning and understand clients’ businesses, controls, and procedures</li>
<li>Conduct internal control testing and substantive testing</li>
<li>Complete audit working papers and prepare financial statements</li>

Requirements:

<li>The candidate must already be based in the Philippines</li>
<li>Degree-level accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)</li>
