About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our growing Digital Transformation & AI Practice. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in business advisory, digital transformation, management consulting, project management, organisational improvement, or related disciplines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering client engagements, managing workstreams independently, facilitating stakeholder interactions, and producing high-quality advisory deliverables. The role also requires the ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members while contributing to the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.

Experience within public sector transformation programmes, operating model design, business process optimisation, PMO services, or technology-enabled transformation projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Role Purpose

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation, organisational improvement, and business advisory services to both public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for managing project workstreams, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, developing strategic and operational recommendations, and supporting clients through complex change and transformation initiatives.

You will also contribute to maintaining delivery excellence by reviewing project outputs, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the development of less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Advisory

• Lead and successfully deliver workstreams across digital transformation, business advisory, and organisational improvement engagements.
• Conduct business analysis activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process assessments, and gap analyses.
• Develop practical, evidence-based recommendations that help clients improve performance, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across different levels of an organisation.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and consultation meetings to identify challenges and define solutions.
• Communicate project outcomes effectively through presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
• Programme & Project Management
• Support programme and project governance activities, including planning, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor progress against project objectives and contribute to the successful delivery of client commitments.
• Quality Assurance & Team Support
• Review and quality assure project deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior consultants.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across project teams.

Business Development

• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
