Student Internships

We’re seeking a results-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional finance, partnering with internal stakeholders to unlock value through analytics, automation, and strategic insight.
Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the expense reimbursement process by preparing relevant documentation.</li>
<li>Accurately record financial transactions and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic deposits of cheques/cash in line with established procedure.</li>
<li>Assist in handling client, supplier, or internal queries addressed to the finance function.</li>
<li>Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and general ledger balances</li>
<li>Process payments to the Firm's suppliers and ensure that these are issued on time and following the necessary internal procedures.</li>
<li>Generate and send periodic client invoices and account statements in accordance with established procedures, and issue ad hoc invoices as required.</li>
<li>Ensure payments to the relevant authorities, such as VAT, Social Security, Inland Revenue, etc, are issued accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Prepare VAT returns and liaise with tax authorities as required.</li>
<li>Prepare and compile monthly management accounts.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Hold an MQF level 6 in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience working in finance and/or accounting</li>

Senior Audit

This long‑term internship allows a student to work closely with the audit team while continuing their studies.&nbsp;
As you gain confidence and knowledge, you may take responsibility for small audits under supervision, giving you the chance to manage your own assignments from start to finish. You will also assist on other audits together with the seniors in the team, allowing you to learn directly from more experienced staff.
Main Responsibilities:

We’re growing our Quality and Technical team and are looking for a motivated professional Internal Technical Accountant. This team will focus on research and updates related to IFRS, GAPSME, and ISAs, with a focus on financial services, gaming, and local audit sectors.
You’ll support our teams and clients by offering expert advice on accounting standards, financial reporting, and complex transactions.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:

<li>Utilising templates and checklists to effectively deliver corporate services</li>
<li>Understanding and responding to client requests for corporate changes</li>
<li>Playing an active role in the company formation process, including preparing M&amp;A and relevant forms, liaising with clients, and understanding MBR requirements</li>
<li>Preparing and reviewing documents related to corporate changes, including those needed for complex transactions such as mergers and divisions</li>

Corporate Services Senior

We’re looking for an Internal Audit Analyst to support client internal audit functions in both outsourced and co-sourced setups. You'll work in a dynamic environment, assist Internal Audit Consultants, and help ensure compliance with relevant frameworks. The role also involves coordinating client relationships under senior guidance.

Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in conducting internal audits, corporate governance reviews, and enterprise risk assessments</li>
<li>Support the preparation of internal audit plans and the execution of assigned engagements</li>
<li>Contribute to recommendations for improving internal controls and help draft internal audit reports</li>
<li>Assist in follow-up reviews on financial, operational, or regulatory compliance issues identified during audits</li>
<li>Prepare audit working papers in line with the firm’s methodology and support the presentation of findings to clients</li>
<li>Draft initial versions of internal audit reports for review by the Consultant</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit</li>
<li>In the process of obtaining CIA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Able to identify key risks and control weaknesses</li>
<li>Skilled in drafting clear, structured audit reports</li>
<li>Fluent in written and spoken English; Maltese is an asset</li>
</ul>
