Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Keep up-to-date online records for all employees and candidates.</li>
<li>Prepare the necessary data inputs and outputs for various HR administrative processes, using established templates and methodologies, but also recommending improvements.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Have an MQF Level 4 qualification or better in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Have 2-4 years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or Administration.</li>
<li>Experience taking care and handling work permit and visa applications.</li>
<li>Have a basic understanding of employment law, HR and payroll principles and the ability to apply and follow such.</li>

<li>3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime.</li>
<li>An MQF level 6 in a relevant field such as Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration or a similar field.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant regulations such as FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR and/or local regulatory frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience with compliance monitoring tools and risk management methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.</li>
