As a Junior Accountant, you'll be part of a supportive team of both Qualified and Partly-Qualified professionals. Your Responsibilities:

<li>Process day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry and ledger postings</li>

<li>Coaching staff in dealing with complex and risk areas</li>
<li>Performing technical reviews of audit work</li>
<li>Managing the preparation of the engagement plan and ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned</li>
<li>Negotiating fees together with the partner and demonstrating commercial responsibility for each client’s profitability</li>
<li>Identifying client business needs and assisting partners in developing a tailored solution</li>
<li>Conducting sales activities with existing clients</li>
<li>Continually develops staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisals</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Fully qualified Accountant</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with experience mentoring team members</li>
<li>Fluent in both Maltese and English</li>
<li>Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the audit of gaming or financial services companies&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proactive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude​</li>
