We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead a team and provide tax advisory services to a portfolio of both local and international clients.
Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex local and international clients on all tax matters.</li>
<li>Manage direct interaction with clients and tax authorities, including correspondence, queries and complex matters.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of client structures, transactions and circumstances.</li>
<li>Support Partners on engagements, including fee negotiation, billing, profitability and ownership of WIP and debtor positions.</li>
<li>Lead and oversee the delivery of tax compliance for complex clients, including review and approval of advanced tax computations, returns and refund claims.</li>
<li>Interpret and apply Maltese tax legislation, double taxation treaties, EU directives and international tax principles.</li>
<li>Provide high‑quality tax advisory services on domestic and international matters, including restructurings and complex transactions.</li>
<li>Analyse and advise on the tax implications of non‑routine or complex transactions, ensuring technically robust and tax‑effective outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify and manage tax risks, approve appropriate tax treatments and maintain effective tax management processes.</li>
<li>Maintain effective working relationships with the Inland Revenue Department on complex matters.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with local and international tax developments and contribute to the firm’s technical knowledge base.</li>
<li>Lead and manage a tax team, ensuring clear delegation, supervision and accountability across engagements.</li>
<li>Review team output, provide technical guidance and coaching, and support performance management and recruitment.</li>
<li>Coordinate workflows and resources to ensure timely delivery and efficient service.</li>
<li>Ensure firm policies, due diligence requirements and internal procedures are consistently applied.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal training, technical guidance and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Hold an MQF level 7 qualification in a relevant subject</li>
<li>A minimum of 6 years of experience working in Tax, with experience leading or mentoring team members</li>
<li>A broad understanding of macro-economic issues, regulatory requirements, and an excellent understanding of taxation strategies, double tax treatie, and routine tax matters such as income tax, indirect tax, personal and corporate tax</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of Malta's tax law, double tax treaties, EU directives, and developments in international taxation as well as their practical implications</li>
<li>Able to easily apply tax knowledge to practical situations and develop creative ways to obtain the most advantageous fiscal position for clients</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal</li>
</ul>

As part of the continued growth of our Anti‑Financial Crime function, we are looking to strengthen our team and want to hire an AFC Specialist.

<li>Support and/or handle all KYCP updates and back end changes.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience in due diligence reviews of legal entities and complex structures is a must.</li>
<li>A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar or compliance role.</li>
<li>Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a qualification in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of local and international AML/CFT regulations.</li>
<li>An understanding or background in Regulatory Compliance and/or Risk Management is considered an asset.</li>
<li>Have a good command of both English, both written and verbal.</li>

We are looking for experienced Audit Seniors to work fully remotely and to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality assurance services to a wide range of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Participate in pre-audit planning and understand clients’ businesses, controls, and procedures</li>
<li>Conduct internal control testing and substantive testing</li>
<li>Complete audit working papers and prepare financial statements</li>
<li>Mentor junior staff and ensure a high level of performance</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>The candidate must already be based in the Philippines</li>
<li>Degree-level accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in handling diverse audit engagements</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proactive with excellent time management and leadership abilities</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal</li>
</ul>
