We’re looking for an Internal Audit Analyst to support client internal audit functions in both outsourced and co-sourced setups. You'll work in a dynamic environment, assist Internal Audit Consultants, and help ensure compliance with relevant frameworks. The role also involves coordinating client relationships under senior guidance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits, corporate governance reviews, and enterprise risk assessments
• Support the preparation of internal audit plans and the execution of assigned engagements
• Contribute to recommendations for improving internal controls and help draft internal audit reports
• Assist in follow-up reviews on financial, operational, or regulatory compliance issues identified during audits
• Prepare audit working papers in line with the firm’s methodology and support the presentation of findings to clients
• Draft initial versions of internal audit reports for review by the Consultant

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit
• In the process of obtaining CIA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Able to identify key risks and control weaknesses
• Skilled in drafting clear, structured audit reports
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Maltese is an asset
