We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to help shape the firm’s approach in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain and lead client-facing projects. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations, assess risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables across medium-risk assignments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic planning and deliver aligned business projects.
- Manage and deliver medium-risk projects on time and within budget.
- Define client requirements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues during project delivery.
- Lead and mentor team members, manage resources, and support recruitment.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and drive process improvements.
- Develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and provide insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in management, consulting, or operational roles.
- MQF Level 6 qualification in business, law, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of AML, GDPR, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in audits, investigations, and regulatory projects.
- Skilled in project and change management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong report writing, presentation, and client engagement abilities.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and a natural leader.
