We're looking for an experienced individual to join our Consulting and Transformation team. As a Lead Consultant, you'll inspire teams and guide clients through cybersecurity and compliance challenges to drive growth and resilience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead medium-risk projects and support high-complexity assignments, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Understand client needs, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee deliverables aligned with engagement terms.
• Identify and assess risks across engagements and apply appropriate risk management practices.
• Use your professional network and experience to define client issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Draft and monitor cluster-specific budgets.
• Conduct quality and technical reviews, mentoring junior team members and improving service delivery.
• Oversee team performance, development, and career progression.
• Provide technical training and guidance on policies, methodologies, and systems.

Requirements:

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Computing, ICT, or Engineering.
• ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• CISA or CISM certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing, ethical hacking, coding best practices, and threat management.
• Solid understanding of compliance standards (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, NIST, GLBA, SOX).
