We are seeking a results-driven Data Consultant with hands-on experience in data analytics, strategy, and/or engineering, and a growing interest or experience in AI. In this role, you will partner with clients to design and implement data-driven solutions that unlock business value, improve decision-making, and optimise operational performance.
You'll collaborate with clients to assess data maturity, define strategies, and implement scalable solutions across the data lifecycle—from collection to analysis. This includes optimizing data warehouses, building dashboards and KPIs, automating processes with tools like RPA, and exploring Generative AI opportunities aligned with digital transformation goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their data challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, including data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable data architecture.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Support clients in developing and executing AI and data strategies, including readiness assessments, capability building, and roadmap definition.
- Identify, assess, and prototype GenAI use cases.
- Integrate automation tools to streamline data workflows and business processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on data governance, quality, and management best practices.
- Document data processes, technical architectures, and deliverables clearly and concisely.
- Stay current with emerging data, AI and automation technologies and trends to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data consulting, data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, or Databricks).
- Proven experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other similar tools.
- Exposure to intelligent automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data modelling, warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
