We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our dynamic and expanding team focused on Business Transformation and Digital Innovation. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive organisational efficiency, digital maturity, and service excellence across different sectors.
As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping impactful solutions through data-driven insights, process optimisation, and digital enablement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support both strategic planning and operational execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse how companies manage finances, people, and customer relationships, across areas like HR, procurement, and support, and find smarter, more efficient ways to improve.
- Modernise outdated processes to make them fit for today’s fast-paced, digital-first world.
- Use research and data to uncover insights that give your ideas real weight and credibility.
- Identify what needs to change and help shape clear, actionable plans that bring teams along.
- Get hands-on with new technologies, whether it’s migrating data, training users, or ensuring smooth adoption across the business.
- Spot opportunities where automation tools (like RPA or Power BI) can save time and reduce repetitive work.
- Design intuitive dashboards, reports, and scorecards that help teams make smarter decisions, faster.
- Lead practical workshops and support the selection of tech that will drive the future of work.
Requirements:
- An MQF level 6 in either Business & IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years’ experience in business analysis, transformation, or digital innovation. (Fresh graduates are welcome; we value your potential as much as your experience.)
- Curiosity and analytical thinking; you love solving problems and spotting patterns in data.
- Great communication skills; you can explain complex ideas in simple ways.
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI — or ready to learn fast.
- Familiarity with project management (e.g., PM², PRINCE2) is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and process design;# we’ll help you build your expertise.
