We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to help shape the firm’s approach in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain and assist with client-facing projects. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Acting as a front in assisting and supporting clients to develop an understanding of operational processes and controls, and supporting in assessing their effectiveness in mitigating compliance-related risks.
• Designing, implementing, and embedding risk and compliance frameworks for clients.
• Carrying out compliance-related audits, gap assessments, and other assessments as may be required by the applicable regulation or legislation.
• Assisting clients in either carrying out risk assessments or putting in place the relevant risk assessment methodology.
• Assisting clients with identifying compliance risk and designing, implementing, and managing an effective compliance monitoring program.
• Developing or assisting in updating the client’s relevant policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with the governing compliance framework.
• Preparing regulatory reporting.
• Assisting clients with ongoing regulatory compliance (including review of marketing material and websites, gap analysis, thematic reviews, and updating clients with regulatory developments).
• Assisting the Regulatory Compliance Lead Consultant with preparing Risk and/or Compliance reports to be submitted to the client’s management team.
• Providing training to clients’ in-house teams. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role
• A Degree level of education
• Have a good general knowledge of political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors (PESTLE)
• Have knowledge of one or more sectors, the management consultancy market, core business structures and processes
• Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative nature to provide the best course of action and innovative solutions to business issues
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
