We're seeking a motivated student to join our dynamic and expanding team focused on Business Transformation and Digital Innovation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a multidisciplinary setting that emphasizes innovation, optimisation, and capacity building.

As an intern, you'll be encouraged to contribute your ideas, curiosity, and initiative to help shape impactful solutions. You'll gain exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, with responsibilities including:

• Assisting in the design and implementation of re-engineering and modernisation initiatives.
• Supporting organizational development efforts such as workforce planning and learning & development.
• Conducting research, analysis, and documentation to support operational decision-making.
• Supporting digitalisation and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and efficiency

 

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business & IT, Engineering, Maths & Statistics, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Open to working on different technologies
• Already based in Malta
