As our Junior Digital Transformation Officer, you’ll work closely with teams across the Firm to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be involved in every stage of the transformation journey, from initial discovery to final delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams and service lines to understand workflows and pain points.
  • Research and evaluate digital platforms and tools to support transformation initiatives, including vendor comparisons and feature assessments.
  • Analyse data and processes to identify areas for digital enhancement.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and process improvements.
  • Help manage change through clear communication, training, and documentation.
  • Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to drive innovation and enhance business performance.
  • Track project outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An MQF level 6 in either Business & IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in business analysis, transformation, or digital innovation. (Fresh graduates are welcome; we value your potential as much as your experience.)
  • A tech enthusiast with a strong interest in solving business challenges.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who can work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools, process improvement, or business analysis such as Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with generative AI platforms like Copilot or similar.
