Join our Audit & Assurance team as an Audit Manager on reduced hours.

In this role, you’ll lead engagements and deliver tailored, high‑quality assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, applying methodologies that reflect each organisation’s unique needs. You’ll play an influential part in developing our team, shaping client relationships, and maintaining the high standards that define RSM Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a client portfolio such that all client needs are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Coaching staff in dealing with complex and risk areas.
- Performing technical reviews of audit work.
- Managing the preparation of the engagement plan and ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned.
- Negotiating fees together with the partner and demonstrating commercial responsibility for each client’s profitability.
- Identifying client business needs and assisting partners in developing a tailored solution
- Conducting sales activities with existing clients.
- Continually develops staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisals.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in auditing, with experience mentoring team members.
- Have expert knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, of regulatory requirements and of ethics and independence standards.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- Proactive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
