Overview

Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Audit Administration Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to our growing Audit Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing workflows, supporting teams, and working in a professional environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and follow-through are highly valued.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting audit teams with the financial statements process, resource planning, scheduling, and day-to-day departmental administration, helping ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain financial statements information within the firm's dedicated tool, supporting the workflow through to final submission to clients.

• Support the administrative process for planning and allocating audit resources across engagements, ensuring records and schedules are kept up to date.

• Schedule meetings, training sessions, and departmental appointments. 

• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as required.

Education and Experience
  • MQF Level 3 qualification or higher.
